Very First Australian Press Mono no EMI mention Gold Parlophone Label. Vinyl is really quite good some light crackle, no skips, no more than three or four clicks two or three marks I would say this is a solid VG+ but the sleeve ain't nowhere close with heavy wear and tape residue, name written on reverse, spine has disappeared but it does exist and is complete so I guess an F for Fair. You can come by and listen inspect for yourself at my Sydney record store near the harbour Bridge in Milsons Point.
