BEATLES 45 Souvenir. USA VeeJay EP-1-903. Misery, Anna, Ask Me Why, EX

This is a Beatles 45 record EP titled "Souvenir Of Their Visit To America" originally released in 1964 by VeeJay to compete with Capitol's "Four by the Beatles" EP in Spring 1964! It features four songs: "Misery, " "Anna, " "A Taste of Honey" and Ask Me Why. The record is in very good plus (VG+) condition, close to EX, a couple marks and scuffs, and comes with a high-fidelity mono. It is a first pressing on black vinyl, with a wonderful original 60 year old cardboard color picture sleeve.
It is the original VJ "souvenir" picture sleeve from 1964. A valuable piece for collectors of British Invasion rock and roll music, not very easy to find in collectable condition after 60 years! This is a beautiful picture sleeve with an original 1964 VeeJay 4 song EP disc with clean Rainbow labels and a great playing disc, with no writing or stickers!! The style of printing (with LARGE Ask Me Why) on the labels is listed as Spizer code VJ EP 903.05A regarding Bruce Spizer's book SWAN SONGS.
