Sleeve has start of a 1 seam split (split is not open) on bottom right corner, minor ring wear on the back, crease on the front (pictured) VG+. Vinyl is VG-, side 1 and 2 have surface scratches, Monarch Records logo is scratched out in the trail off area, has letters "URJ".
