Beatles Please Please Me 1963 Parlophone 3rd Press. Gold Sleeve. 1GR/1M Ex/Ex

For sale is a rare and beautiful condition true 3rd press copy of The Beatles debut album "Please Please Me" from 1963. The original earliest'Gold' sleeve, with the front photo credit starting after the second S of songs, is in really great condition with only very minor wear. Very rare to see one in such. Original Use Emitex inner in excellent condition.

Labels clean with only minimal spindle wear. These are the very short-lived third press labels with the extra unneeded 33 1/3. These are earlier than most 1st and 2nd press copies. Visually side one is VG+ with a couple of scuffs and marks but otherwise beautiful shiny vinyl.

Sonically excellent with hardly a crackle. Side two is visually and sonically excellent. A beautiful copy of a rare issue - probably only about 5000 pressed with these labels.
