BEATLES WHITE ALBUM AUSTRALIA, LOW LOW #, Top-load, Stereo, with photos & poster

THE BEATLES "THE BEATLES" commonly referred to as "THE WHITE ALBUM". This is an incredible copy of The Beatles White Album imported from Australia.

Released on December 4, 1968, the LOW LOW NUMBER on the front of jacket indicates it was an early pressing (A 01803). The group name is embossed on the front of jacket, and it is a top-loading laminated gatefold sleeve. It includes the two platters with matrix number SWBO-101-J41. Also included are two black paper inner sleeves, four glossy photo inserts and a matte finish lyrics/collage (censored) poster insert.

The poster does NOT have pin holes or tape residue from hanging. There are very small splits on the edge of the poster folds, but it is in remarkable condition for being 56 years old! The photos are in excellent condition.

This double album spent the first 52 years of its life in Australia. I acquired it from a friend visiting OZ in 2020. The double gatefold sleeve/jacket is graded VG/VG-, with some cellophane tape reinforcing the sturdy spine. Really in remarkable condition, and the two vinyl records are both graded VG/VG. They have light surface scratches that are barely audible and two visible light scratches that are barely audible as light ticks.

Both records could use a sonic cleaning (a technical capability I do not have). Truly, with this incredibly LOW NUMBER and a package the grades G/VG with all the extra goodies intact, and clocking in at 56 years old, it's a steal at the price we're asking!
