Beatles Yesterday and Today original vinyl lp colorband trunk cover orig vinyl lp 1966 scranton 1st pressing t2553 capitol rainbow band MONO, W/LETTER. No sign of v-neck, see pics, i. NOT a butcher machine stampers: "G 2 IAM (delta) / F 5 IAM (delta)" (with delta/triangle shaped IAM stampers) matrix machine stampers not etches. Lp is VG+ shape glossy. See pics of labels, cover is VG+ shape (see pics), small tear to front corner, nice bright image.

#3 near riaa logo at back corner. With orig olive color ad inner sleeve, with capitol records letter from Ron Tepper (see pic, letter appears to be a repro xerox / copy) RARE MONO scranton.

Labels have the title as "YESTERDAY". But this appears above the band name on the labels: (Recorded in England). For a #3 riaa scranton mono, labels should have the beatles titled above the album title, but this copy has beatles band title listed below the album title on both labels. This includes UK, Europe, Japan, Austrialia, South America, Etc.

Vinyl grading is usually based on the Goldmine standard and is as follows. "SS" Still Sealed - For the collector that demands nothing but perfection. "M" Mint - a near perfect, or unplayed record. "NM" Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new. EX+ - close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector. EX - a used, reasonable copy.

Shows slight signs of wear. VG+ - There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice. VG - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise, still plays great. Good - In the record world, "Good" is not good!
