This is an UNOPENED East Coast example (factory number "3" on back cover). Yellow inner sleeve is visible at opening. One small breathe hole in front cover shrink wrap. Front slick has been applied over catalog number in top right corner of cover. Top left corner has a slight bend. Right corners of cover are very slightly "pushed".

Tiny die-cut tack hole punched in top right of corner. The issues mentioned here are minor and mentioned here for completeness.
