Track A5 on Label says A Hard Day's Night. Coverbackside has printed in the middle: VEB Deutsche Schallplatten Berlin W8. [we listened carefully & playgraded this record]. According to Goldmine Grading Standards / Liste mit Abkürzungen. Lots of scuffs/hairlines on vinyl but sounds EX.

Heavy wear to seams, spine is starting to split in the middle and there are a couple of small rips on the right side , small WOBC, you may be able to see from the scans... Actual sleeve + labels are pictured in the scans. You Really Gotta Hold On Me. I Want To Hold Your Hand.
