THE BEATLES - "BEATLES FOR SALE" - VINYL LP. PARLOPHONE - STEREO - PCS 3062 - 1964 - UK 1ST PRESS 1/1 MATRIX. Rare 1964 1st UK stereo pressing on the yellow/black Parlophone label. Comes with the 1st issue front-laminated gatefold wallet-type sleeve. Mothers/stampers: 3 AL / 1 7 ML. 14 tracks - see photo for full tracklisting. See my other items for more Beatles/60s/rock LPs. VG+ (visually the record looks EX with the labels showing only small signs of play and the disc with a shiny clean surface with no significant marks or scratches; graded VG+ because playback has some very light hiss in the run-ins and gaps between the tracks, its never anything to spoil the music and otherwise the audio is great with a clean clear sound and no crackle, no distortion, no pops or clicks; labels are in excellent condition with no stickers, tears or writing). / EX+ laminated gatefold sleeve in superb condition with flat bright uncreased surfaces and sharp edges/spine; the front shows just a couple of minor creases, the back with just a hint of disc impression and no significant creases; the front flap edges have only slight feathering, the back flap edges are tight and unworn; the pinched spine is lovely and solid with just a little bit of wear to the top corner; inside the gatefold shows only slight fading to the black panel on the left, the right panel has tight flipbacks and just one mild crease; overall a fantastic example with only small signs of wear and no obvious defects - no writing, no splits, no tears, no major creasing... One of the best examples of this easily-damaged sleeve I have seen! Comes with original Emitex inner sleeve.
