The Beatles White Album UK 1st Mono Pressing Complete. No EMI VG+/VG+

The Beatles - White Album UK Mono 1st Press Complete with all 4 pictures, die-cut black inner sleeves & poster. Great sounding records with low mothers/stampers. No EMI on sides 3 & 4 with single digit mothers and stampers.

This is a very good copy of a great record. Media (Play Tested): VG+ (Both Discs, All Sides). Sits completely flat with no warping. Very Good playing surface on all sides, retain a lovely glossy sheen and sounds great with little surface noise, except during the quietest parts. The spindle holes are clean but with some evidence of having been played.

Light, non-feelable surface marks across both discs from the worst designed inner sleeves in rock and roll history! Low mothers/stampers as you would expect from this pressing, with these labels, particularly on sides 3 & 4. No EMI on sides 3 & 4. Clean with some very slight age discolouration. It has very clean flip backs and fantastic corners and sides.

Some very slight age wear at top loader. The number is incredibly clear but the embossed The Beatles has some very light, visible laminate lift. A couple of very small marks across both sides and the interior from wear and storage.

The spine is fully intact but has creases and a little scuffing at the top. Both'The Beatles' and the Mono and Stereo catalogue numbers are readable. All original black inner sleeve with small at the die cuts and small splits on the seams though the records have been stored in anti-static sleeves. The Photos are originals and look like they have never left the sleeve.

The poster has age related discolouration and is weakened at the folds, but not split. It has been reinforced with sellotape across all the creases, but this doesn't distract from the pictures or the lyrics. What can I say about this pressing, that you haven't already read? I will just say that this is a great complete package.
